Wishing You a Healthy Christmas Holiday

If you can’t wait for 2020 to end, you’re not alone. It’s been a long and difficult struggle for all of us in different ways.

There’s one thing we can’t take for granted; our health. Here’s wishing you a safe and healthy Christmas season, and throughout the New Year.

I’d love to share my natural recipes for health and wellness using pure essential oils. Essential oils not only smell lovely, they have many natural healing properties. They can help with many ailments including colds, fatigue, and sleep disorders, and the blues. Enjoy some of my favourite recipes from The DIY Apothecary.

NOTE: never apply pure essential oils directly to your skin. Add to a carrier oil, liquid, or water first. Not recommend for infants, small children, pregnant women, or pets.
