Returns and refunds.
If you’ve placed an order in error and would like to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours of your initial order and BEFORE it’s been shipped, to receive a full refund.
Once your items are shipped there are NO REFUNDS, due to hygienic reasons.
If you are unhappy with our products, or your product is damaged, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for melting of our heat sensitive products.
