The Healing Power of Crystals

Did you know the colourful, sparkly, rocks we call crystals are more than just an eye catching bobble? That they hold powerful energies, both positive and negative?

Crystals have been used in healing practices for thousands of years. It is believed that the early Sumerians, and Egyptians often used crystals for health and protection.

Citrine – is an amazing golden yellow stone to bring forth confidence and positive thoughts. If you’re feel pessimistic, and are down citrineon yourself, try wearing citrine. It is also a great stone for success and optimism. Bring it to your next job interview!

 

 

Clear Quartzoften called the “Master Healer.” This clear and shiny stone is helpful for open communication. If you have difficulty expressing your thoughts and emotions, try using a clear quartz. This crystal is clear quartz essential for a positive energy flow and beneficial to all the chakras.
