Neti Pot – The Neti pot/Sinus Rinse is my go-to for seasonal allergies. It is great for runny nose and post-nasal drip, It gently removes pollen and dust from the nasal cavity. Best to use with distilled, or filtered water.
Herbal Teas – Teas are a delicious way to remedy allergies and ailments. The most effective teas for seasonal allergies are: stinging nettle, green tea, ginger-turmeric, and rosemary. Stay away from Chamomile, as it is a member of the ragweed family.
